How does the line rental refund / cash back work ?
It depends on the mobile phone provider you have your phone with. When you receive your phone there will be instructions with what to do and when to do it but there is no need to worry that is what MP4U are here for we will remind you. It is simply a matter of either sending in a bill or faxing one.
What happens if im not in when my phone is delivered ?
Don’t Worry. Phones will be delivered by courier, if you are not available a note will be left where you can then contact the courier directly to re-arrange delivery or arrange collection from a local depot or post office depending on the courier service. (normally your local post office) Most phones are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Please note we can not be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of your order caused by the courier or unavailability of anyone to sign for your order.
What is cash back / reduced line rental ?
To entice customers companies offer attractive discounts on line rental. Eg you will often see offers stating £30pm reduced to £8 pm. You will still however have to set up a direct debit for the full amount of £30 and have to re-claim the £22 each month at a later time. (Thus £30pm for a year would total £360, £8 pm totals £96 so once you have re-claimed all your entitled to the actual cost for the year would be £96 making a saving
of £264.(£360-£96)

Can I return my phone ?
There is a cooling off period, usually seven days in which you can return the phone unused and the contract will be cancelled. There is usually also a 14 day exchange period. All procedures are outlined in the phone providers web site.
